It is fully equipped with fridge with freezing compartment, sat TV/ smart TV, WIFI, air-conditioning, table, chairs, kettle... It is only 50m away from the center, beach, restaurant / bar, grocery shop... Parking if available at arrival is free of charge if there's no free space, there's public parking in the near, payment required. The space Room is about 15square meters in surface, with bed, a small fridge with freezing compartment, a closet, a table and a chair. There's also a bathroom with shower. Toilet paper, linen and towels are provided. You get to the room by climbing the stairs on the first floor. There is also a terrace with 2 tables and chairs which you share with another studio apartment. Each unit has it's own table with chairs on the terrace. Parking is free of charge if available at arrival if not there is a public parking, payment required. Guest access You get access to room with bathroom, with separate entrance on first floor.
