The space This large studio is located on the first floor of the residence (with elevator!) and includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and dining area, a living area with sofa bed separate from the sleeping area with a screen, a bathroom/toilet and a large balcony for breakfasts and aperitifs in the sun :) FREE WIFI Bed linen is provided as an option (on request at the time of booking) at the following rate: Bed linen kit: €15 Kitchen towels and bath mats are at your disposal for free. Guest access Guests have independent access to the entire home.
