Charming family house with sunny garden (with picnic table and swing), 500m from the sea. Living room with dinning area, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom wth bath, 2 bedrooms, TV (chrome cast), wifi, ... The house is located in the pleasant center of Ambleteuse with restaurants, post office, bakery, ... nearby. Walk in the beautiful dune reserve Dunes de Slack, or to Wissant, Audresselles, Wimereux and the Cap Blanc Nez. No dogs or cats allowed due to allergies of our child. The space This terraced house is very centrally located and is fully equipped. The ground floor contains an entrance hall with toilet, sitting area, dining area, spacious comfortable kitchen (fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove with oven and toaster) and a hall with shower room. The small veranda is ideal for drying wet gear and leads out to a pretty walled sunny garden with picnic bench, sun loungers and swing. On the first floor there is a bathroom (bath and sink) and 2 bedrooms (1 with bunk beds and 1 with a double bed and large wardrobe). Cot and high chair available. Guest access You have the entire terraced house with a private garden that is completely fenced. Other things to note This charming French house is our family vacation rental, and we've decorated it with love. There are many games and (Dutch) books and DVDs available. There is only 1 toilet on the ground floor, but in the upstairs bathroom there is a camping toilet for children (for at night). Keep in mind the stairs are a bit steep and creaky - the charm of an older house :-)
