This is the place that those holiday memories will be made. INSIDE SPACE... The feeling throughout The Trevose is of space and light, and this begins as soon as you step inside. The spacious hallway leads into a large open plan living and dining area, with huge French doors that fill the whole space with light. The jewel tones of the soft furnishings echo the colours of the sea and sky, so visible through the large expanse of glass, and the stylish furnishings are both comfortable and elegant and create a relaxed, coastal vibe. A modern black gloss kitchen sits to the rear of the apartment and a large window above the sink area overlooks the courtyard and brings even more light into the space. Back into the central hallway, and you find a single bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for the smaller ones in the party! A handy WC is also located on this level. Follow the staircase to the upper floor, where the two further bedrooms are found. No fighting over the sea view here, both bedrooms are to the front of the house and have spectacular vistas over the bay. The master has a spacious ensuite with shower over bath and a large window to the rear, filling the space with natural light. The stylish décor continues throughout these rooms, with the second ensuite bedroom being set as a twin. OUTSIDE SPACE... Enjoying a panoramic view across Treyarnon Bay, the generous terrace has ample room for dining and lounging, as well as plenty of room to dry those salty and sandy wetsuits. A perfect spot to watch the evening sun dip below the horizon and plan the next day’s adventures. Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note LINEN... Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. PARKING... The Trevose has allocated parking for one car within the gated Ocean Blue complex. ACCESS... Access to the property is at the rear of the building and over one step into a communal hallway. A flight of stairs leads to the front door, and once inside there is a further flight of stairs to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. Both flights of stairs are switchback in design and have handrails. Please note: This property has a balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children at all times when the balcony is in use.  EV CHARGING... It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
