My home is a spacious and comfortable 1920s home with easy access to Melbourne CBD and Melbourne International Airport. The walk to Moonee Ponds train station and Puckle Street Shopping Centre takes about 8 minutes and there are also 2 tram routes nearby. My home is walking distance to Moonee Valley Racecourse and a short taxi ride to Flemington Race Track and the Melbourne Showgrounds. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space My house is situated in a quiet street. The rooms in the house are large and guests are welcome to access the garden and lounge areas of the house. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. Guest access Guests are welcome to access any areas of my home. The kitchen is large so there is plenty of room for several people to cook at the same time. I have separate fridge and storage shelves for guest's food. Guests are welcome to use my washing machine. I do not have a clothes dryer so clothes need to be hung on the line to dry. During your stay I am friendly and love to hear traveller's stories but am also respectful of personal space. If guests require any information I will do my best to help them access that information. Other things to note I am not always available to welcome to guests in person, but so far this has not proved a problem with guests. I communicate with guests by mobile phone to provide access instructions.
