The space Our 3 bedroom homes are 850 square feet with parking (no commercial vehicles) and a private garden to the rear. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), living room (tv and WiFi) and WC. Upstairs has a king bedroom (en suite), double room, single room and full bathroom (bath/shower). The double beds can split but are smaller than a single bed when split so are more suitable for children / teens. Guest access Whole house, private garden, parking and access to a number of landscaped common areas. Other things to note We provide a generous Breakfast Welcome Pack on the first day of your arrival. This is fresh bread and milk, orange juice, water, butter, mini cereals (10 of them), mini jams, cookies/biscuits and a full basket of Tea, Coffee and Sugar. There's also washing up liquid, sponge, scrubbing brush, cloths, multi-surface spray, and some dishwasher tablets and a couple of washing powder tablets for the washing machine. Once those items are finished you can get more in the local store Tesco Express, which is 100m from Donnybrook Manor. Cleaning service available for longer stays. Cots, high chairs and stair gates for kids all free of charge (please give us advanced notice so we can have it ready for you). Commercial vehicles not permitted in the estate.
