The Cosy Studio by Hove Seafront

The Cosy Studio is a compact, quiet base available all year round in a superb seaside location. Just a 2-minute walk from Hove beach & Lagoon, it’s close to paddle, tennis, bowls & croquet, bike hire, watersports, cafés, restaurants & supermarkets. The studio has its own private entrance, a well-equipped kitchenette, & a day bed that pulls out to a king-size bed. Buses are moments away, with trains nearby; paid parking permits available. Stays from 3 nights+, with reduced rates for longer stays. The space The Cosy Studio is compact and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the space. It features a pull-out day bed, which is used as a sofa during the day and pulls out into a king-size bed for sleeping, providing a comfortable night’s rest while keeping the space practical during the day. Guests have private access to the studio, allowing you to come and go as you please. Check-in is via a key safe, offering flexible and contact-free arrival. There is a small desk area with a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette. This includes a hob, sink, fridge with a small freezer box, storage cupboard, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a full set of pots, pans and cooking utensils. A fold-out dining table with stools provides a comfortable space for meals. The shower room is compact but functional, with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. An iron, ironing board, hairdryer, desk fan and portable heater are provided. Outside the studio entrance, there is a small seating area with a table and two chairs, ideal for a morning coffee or some fresh air. Services There is on-street parking nearby with minimal daytime restrictions. Parking permits can be purchased from the host for £5 per day. Additional services available on request: Laundry service (£10 per load) Sun chairs for use on the beach or in local parks (free of charge) Optional mid-stay cleaning (£18 per clean, subject to availability) For stays longer than two weeks, a fortnightly clean is included, along with a bed linen and towel change. Location & Local Area The Cosy Studio is situated on a road that leads directly to Hove seafront, just 300 metres from the beach. Hove Lagoon is close by and offers watersports hire and lessons, from short hires to longer courses. Within easy walking distance you’ll find: Hove Lagoon watersports centre & café (approx. 2–5 minutes) Paddle courts & tennis courts (approx. 5 minutes) Bowls & croquet lawns (approx. 8 minutes) Cycle hire and dedicated seafront cycle lanes There are several cafés, restaurants and bars within a 3–15 minute walk, including: Wish Park Café (around 1 minute away, seasonal opening) Off The Beach Café on the seafront For relaxed evenings in, there are many food delivery options available via Deliveroo and Uber Eats, with delivery straight to the studio. Getting Around The studio is well placed for exploring without a car. Bus stops are just moments away, with frequent services into Brighton city centre, Brighton Marina and along the coast for easy day trips. Train services are also easily accessible for travel to London and other South Coast destinations, making the studio a convenient base for both short breaks and longer stays. Cycle hire is available along the seafront, and the promenade offers a flat, scenic route for walking, running and cycling.
