A tranquil getaway in Old Dunsborough, this house has a rural feel close to town. You will be located less than two kilometres from town where you can get supplies from the supermarket, sip on your morning coffee at one of the many cafes, or browse the boutique shops. The beautiful Old Dunsborough foreshore is a short walk across the golf course where you can enjoy a swim in the protected waters of the bay. The space There are 3 spacious bedrooms, with the master having an en-suite and king size bed. The open plan living area is huge and makes the most of the beautiful bush outlook with large windows spanning the external wall. There are two outdoor areas. First the front area which is fenced and has a grass section which is great for your 4 legged friends, whilst the back patio is open to the bush where you can enjoy the sounds of nature either at the table or on the outdoor couch. We also have an outdoor fireplace which can be used during the months where there are no fire restrictions. The house has the luxury of ducted air conditioning to all bedrooms and living areas, as well as a wood burner in the living room. There is also a smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV available with the complimentary wifi. Other things to note Please note that whilst we have a gated area at the front and side of the house, the rear outdoor area is not fenced.
