This bright first floor apartment consists of two bedrooms, one study bedroom with a single cabin style bed, and two bathrooms. There is also a spacious lounge and a kitchen with a large dining table. To ensure a smooth check-in, please provide your expected arrival time in advance. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. local time. If you plan to arrive after 10 p.m., please do not book this apartment. OVERVIEW OF THE APARTMENT BEDROOMS - This apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a single cabin-style bed in the study. - The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a handheld shower attachment, a chest of drawers, and original wooden window shutters. - 2nd bedroom: two single beds, bedside table with matching lamps and wooden drawers. - 3rd bedroom/study: one single cabin style bed, and wicker chair with plenty of shelf space. No children under 5 years old are allowed in the bunk bed bedroom at any time during your stay. LOUNGE - Two comfortable sofas, armchair with a large wooden coffee table in the middle. - Large fireplace and original wooden window shutters - TV KITCHEN/DINING ROOM - This room has a dining table that seats six. - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. - Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils - Storage space - Washing Machine - Dishwasher - Cleaning supplies BATHROOM - 2 bathrooms; 1 family bathroom and an en-suite for the master bedroom - Shampoo - Shower gel - Hand wash WHAT'S MORE - You can enjoy free Wi-Fi in the apartment. - The rental includes gas, electricity and Wi-Fi. - Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are provided. - Tea and coffee are provided in the kitchen cupboard. - There is a washing machine in the apartment to do your laundry. (Please refrain from using the washing machine between 8:00 p.m to 7:30 a.m.. This policy is being implemented to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment for all residents in the building, especially those with early morning commitments or young children.) - Guests will have access to the entire space. - Please note that I can only provide 1 travel cot and 1 high chair free of charge, which can be requested at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you require any additional travel cots or high chairs, this would incur a £20 charge. Please also kindly note that no linen or mattress is provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own linen and mattress for the cot if you need to use it. - The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. - On-street parking bays are metered from 8:30 am to 5:30pm on Monday to Friday. In another words, on-street parking bay nearby is free from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m the next day from Monday to Friday. On-street parking is free from 5:30 p.m. Friday to Monday 8:30 a.m. There are multi-storey car parks within short walking distance to the apartment for longer stays. IMPORTANT NOTES - Strictly no smoking and no vaping in the property. - Strictly no smoking and no vaping in the communal stair and outside steps in the property's building. - No vaping, candles or incense burners permitted in the property. - No pets and no parties. - No children under 5 years old are allowed in the bunk bed bedroom at any time during your stay. No unregistered visitors are allowed to enter the property or stay overnight. 3. Parties, events, and any form of large gathering are strictly prohibited. All guests must also follow our house rules regarding noise and consideration for neighbours. 4. No pets are permitted. 5. All items belonging to the property must remain inside the apartment at all times and must not be taken outside. This includes towels, bedding, cooking utensils, cookware, furniture, and any other household items.
