Lé Mountain Villa provide private large swimming pool , karaoke room. Both FREE to use. Whole villa have 8bedrooms and 7bathrooms , total can fix 30pax big group with same villa. Other things to note 1) Smoking is nor permitted in the house area. 2) No animals are allowed in the house. 3) No shoes be worn inside the house. 4) Be a good neighbour please reduce voice and avoid making noise after 10pm. 5) No outside PA system and canopy in the house. 6) It is prohibited to install anything e.g sticker, nail and etc, that can cause damage to interior and exterior of the property. 7) Ensure that all light, fans, air-conditioners,television,water heater,personal computer and other electrical equipment are switched off when not using. 8) Do not leave any leftover food within the house. 9) All keys must returned upon check-out to the hosts and loss or damage of house key shall be reported to the hosts. Each loss or damage key will be charged RM100/pcs. 10) Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by adults in the pool area. 11) If the pool is heavily contaminated, a cleaning fee of RM1,000 will be charged. 12) Any firework, dangerous weapons, gambling, habits forming drugs, illegal activity as well as anti-social activity are strictly prohibited in the house. 13) You shall be responsible for any loss or damage cause at house. You may pay for reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing property of house which is damaged, soiled or lost by you. 14) All tenants are responsible for their own safety. The owner of this villa shall not be held responsible for any accidents (injuries, deaths, or loss of property) that occur during the use of the swimming pool, in the pool area or in the house. 15) It is prohibited to use any illicit drugs, substances or prohibited items. If found, legal action will be taken and tenants shall bear full responsibility for their actions, and the owner of this villa shall not be held responsible for any illegal actions.
