Rainbow Beach Resort (new name is Rainbow Shores Resort) is set in a tropical forest just a short walk from the world renowned beach. The apartment is on the ground floor which allows the family to flood out from the sunlit patio area into the resort and enjoy the many amenities including a tennis court, lap pool, lagoon pool, bbq areas and lawn areas for the kids to play. The apartment has a relaxed local beach feel and is decorated with personal touches from the local area. The space Playing cards, books, magazines, dvds and board games are in the apartment to ensure you have plenty of things to do while you relax and enjoy your adventure. The apartment is ready immediately for you to relax. All linen provided, beds are made and bath towels included (probably best you bring your own beach towels). A few little extras are there to make your stay comfortable, so you don't need to run off straight to the shop such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc I do provide some basic kmart tennis racquets if you want a hit, but if you have better ones, best bring your own. Together with the 25 metre lap pool and the wonderful newly resurfaced lagoon pool, the resort has installed during 2024 a new Heated Magnesium Plunge Pool in the lagoon pool area. It has been a great success and a huge hit with guests.
