As an advantage, a bigger group of people can stay under the same roof, creating a homely and comfortable atmosphere. This luxurious guest house is equipped with 3 fantastic bedrooms and a study. The house will be rented out on a daily basis. In addition, the house can also be used for private functions and gatherings, for example; birthday parties/celebrations, thanks giving, meetings, or events held for a small group of people. So the house can be used for various functions and events. THE LOCATION: ============= The Alan de Villa guest house is situated in Penang, Malaysia. Penang is one of the most famous tourist locations in Malaysia, which is in a huge industrial estate. These following companies started their investments in Penang about 30 years ago: Intel, Agilent, Motorola, Seagate Western Digital, AMD, Sony, Hitachi, and many other multinational companies. For those who have never heard of Penang, it is an Island and a small part of Malaysia's mainland. There is a bridge connecting the two parts of Penang which is approximately a 6 minute drive from the house. THE HOUSE: =========== The Alan de Villa is a double storey, semi detached house with 2916 square feet of land area. It is a 3 bed room house with 3 bathrooms and a study. The house was built in 2007, only a short time ago. The house features a huge carport which can easily accommodate 3 cars. The master bedroom contains its own bathroom, a small study table, a 42" LCD television, and most excitingly, a huge balcony to step out onto to enjoy the views and perhaps a wine or beer. All of the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, air conditioning and high quality mattresses. The house is fully tiled with beautiful, high quality tiles, including the modern Kitchen which is located at ground level. The kitchen is equipped with high quality utensils, dinner set, medium sized refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker and blender. Every room in the house is air conditioned and the bathrooms contain heating as well. The living room in level 1 is equipped with a 42" LCD television, a comfortable 6 seater sofa and a playstation 3 game console. The dining room is furnished with an 8 seater high quality Lorenzo dining table with glass top and high quality comfortable chairs. The study room, or office, is equipped with a huge study table with glass surface, comfortable working chair, an 8 ft whiteboard and a 10 ft storage cabinet. consequently creating a perfect and comfortable working space. The hall/lounge features a 7.1 Yamaha home theatre system with a Denon receiver, 46" Sony Bravia LCD television, a huge 8 seater L shape sofa, side tables and a coffee table. The home theatre system is also conveniently connected to: Facebook, Youtube, Local HD satellite Tv (beyond astro), and huge media centre which will provide access to more than 500 Hollywood blu-ray movies and more than 50 bollywood blu-ray movies. This great theatre room also has a huge air conditioner fitted to keep the whole area nice and cool.
