Spacious family holiday home on the Great Ocean Road with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a bath, sleeping 8-10 adults at any one time (port a cot and high chair are available upon request). Large, private deck and BBQ out the back with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. Bed linen and bath towels included, air conditioning/heater, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine (pods provided), DVD player, DVD's, children's toy box, magazines and books all provided. Master bedroom also has its own TV. Ample off street free private parking for several cars, there's even room for the fishing boat, jet ski and surf boards!! Fence out the front with numbers 20 on it so we are easy to find!! STRICT please tidy up up yourself, leave our home as you found it, treat it with the love and respect you would treat your own, do any dishes, do not leave the stove grotty, take out the rubbish, do not leave toys laying around, etc. If our cleaners are required to do extra cleaning over an hour a $30 fee will be charged upon check out. Photos of mess will be taken and emailed to Airbnb. This is a zero tolerance policy. We aim to keep Sandcastles attainable and affordable for all families to continue to enjoy in their great ocean road escape and don’t charge extra cleaning fees or bonds at booking so please follow our simple house rules to keep it this way!!!! Walk to everything you need - the beach,rock pools, fishing jetty, a play at the park, a beer at the pub, an ice cream at the shop; the tee off to the most picturesque golf course in Victoria is even right at the end of our street! Beautiful Peterborough is the last undeveloped gem of the Great Ocean Road. Escape the crowds of larger, more tourist populated areas and escape to peaceful, family orientated Peterborough which has all you need - quiet streets, safe beaches, rock pool exploration, surfing, fishing, golfing, great ocean road look outs, helicopter rides, a fish and chip/ pizza shop, a take away bottle shop / general store, a restaurant with a huge brand new kids play room... what else could you want from a holiday? Close to all of the main attractions such as Bay of Martyrs, Bay of Islands, London Bridge, 12 Apostles, Lochard Gorge, the Grotto, Peterborough airport helicopter tours, Gibson Steps, etc and also on route to the Gourmet Food Trail which includes all the local produce stops (such as Timboon ice cream, Timboon whiskey, Apostles whey cheese, Gorge Chocolates and more). It has some very informative and valuable information for drivers unfamiliar with our area Other things to note PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME WITH THE CARE AND RESPECT YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN. LEAVE IT AS CLEAN AND TIDY AS YOU FOUND IT, FAILURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF WILL INCUR AN EXTRA $30 CLEANING FEE PER HOUR IT TAKES OUR CLEANER TO DO ANY EXTRA CLEANING. WE EXPECT DISHES TO BE DONE, RUBBISH TO BE PUT IN BIN AND TAKEN OUTSIDE TO GREEN BIN, TOYS ETC TO BE PICKED UP AND NOT THROW ALL OVER THE FURNITURE AND FLOOR. IF FOLD OUT SOFA BED IS USED, PLEASE FOLD AWAY & PACK BEDDING ON COUCH. STRICTLY LEAVE THE PROPERTY BY 10am, EVERY HALF HOUR AFTER 10am CHECK OUT OUR CLEANERS ARE KEPT WAITING WILL INCUR A $30 FEE. THE ABOVE UNTIDINESS AND LATE CHECK OUTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
