THE LAKE CHALET

Sona villa is a boutique resort situated on a hill and surrounded by the pristine lake Muldhe. It is 5 acre secluded and gated property in the midst of nature, with abundant greenery and affords a beautiful of the mountains. The whole of property is touching the lake and commands a beautifull lake front. It is an abode to a variety birds including the native hornbill, peacock etc. and a vast no of butterflies. The space Sona Villa is just the place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the hectic city life. There are several decks, gazebos and has a well landscaped garden with koi pool, waterfall and streams to laze around. There is a 100-foot ramp jutting into the lake, where you can walk on or fish in it. There are floating decks to chill out on the lake. It can cater to functions like a birtday party, get togethers, small weddings etc. Guest access I have four large AC guest rooms like a Thai villa, with all modern amenities, decorated with antique furniture, like a king size carved beds and wooden floring, consoles and victorian and antique stone sofas. decrative lamps and chandeliers. You can enjoy the pool located opposite the rooms.There are a number of wooden decks overlooking the lake where you can chill out with your family and friends. There is an open air dinning where you will be served your food in the midst of nature. There is also a well landscaped and lighted garden area to stroll around. The wholle area is touching the lake where you can take a walk. There is a tree house where you can spend you time in the midst of greenery or enjoy a meal. Other things to note We serve authentic local home cooked food and also have a good catering team that can cater to more than 50 people at a time You can enjoy the authentic malvani cuisine especially fresh fish from malvan and vengurla. You can book one or more rooms, maximum 3 adults in each room. Here you can unwind from the hectic city bustle and enjoy the peaceful rustic life. You can go boating, fishing, trekking in the forest, bird watching etc, watersport like scuba, snorkellin, paragliding at malvan, and enjoy the authentic malvani cuisine , local fish and barbeque.
