Casa d'Oura is a family apartment available for rental in Oura, Albufeira, Algarve. Located at the center of Oura, the apartment is ideal for holidays and can accommodate up to 4 people. With family or friends, its prime location next to the Oura Strip and at 10 minutes from the beaches of Oura, allows a peaceful holiday, enjoying the beaches of the Algarve or enjoy it’s famous lively night. The space Featuring a bedroom with twin beds and a living room with double sofa bed, the apartment was recently refurnished within a contemporary design style, undergoing profound works that were aimed at creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for your holidays. The living room with 28 m2, includes living area and dining and its linked directly to the American style kitchen witch have all the amenities needed to cook for up to 4 persons. In the living room with two balconies, you will find the sofa bed for two persons, dinner table, and resting area with Cable TV. The room with 12 m2, is sober and has two single beds, wardrobe, mirror and dresser. Although right arround the corner of one of the best nightlife areas in Algarve, you will notice that the apartment is quiet silent during day and night, providing you with a comfortable stay. Guest access All spaces inside the apartment are available for your use. Since it is a ground-floor you will have direct access to the parking area and the street. The swimming pool, is private and available for the block apartments users. Is available for free to all of our guests from 10am to 7pm, and you can access it with the provided key trough the apartment block 1. At the pool you will have chairs and umbrellas for the sun. Please bring with you beach towels. Other things to note Please take note that, unfortunately for now, we don't have washing machine or dryer. Check-in after 22pm and during the night it’s possible with a fee of 20.00€ SWIMMING POOL Although the apartment is right in front of the pool, for security reasons, our guests can only access it through the apartment block 1.
