Two distinct and mirror-like houses away from the crowd, with private parking and in harmony with the territory are able to offer maximum comfort in the heart of Salento. The space The residence is located in the village of Marittima and can accommodate up to two people. A double bedroom is also equipped with a television to indulge in a nice movie after visiting our fantastic land of Salento. It has a large kitchen where you can prepare wonderful lunches and dinners with zero-kilometer Apulian products that you can find in the nearby village. You can also use the many medicinal herbs that are available in the garden to prepare your dishes. A dining table placed outside but covered under the veranda will give you a unique experience, a convivial table capable of accommodating up to eight diners. The bathroom offers all the comforts for maximum relaxation, with a bidet and shower completing the picture. The outdoor space is dominated by a large garden, which surrounds the house covered in tuff and stone, giving a truly characteristic area. The outdoor spaces are completed by many typical plants of the area such as olive trees and aromatic herbs. The gardener takes care of all outdoor spaces at least twice a week. Guest access Car parking is inside the property and is absolutely free in an area where there are not many parking lots available and, moreover, for a fee. A large barbecue for grilling to prepare the excellent meat and fish from the Apulian coasts are shared between the guests of the two adjacent houses, as are the parking spaces, always respecting privacy Other things to note Beautiful and characteristic trails that can be walked or cycled, which our homes make available at the request of guests, will make you lose yourself towards the beaches of Salento and towards the Apulian hinterland.
