Foxtrot Flats Farm

Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm and small unassuming house which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind. The space You will appreciate the large french doors connecting the interior space to the outdoors , the open plan kitchen and living space, and cosy secluded bedrooms. A large indoor tub for soaking with rainfall showerhead, a separate toilet and tall ceilings with overhead windows make our tiny home feel airy and comfortable. The covered verandah with BBQ allows you to enjoy the outdoors all year round. There are two bedrooms in our home, a master bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with two single beds - suitable for four adults or two adults and two children. Please let us know in advance if you require a highchair or portable cot. The house is architecturally designed and was built in 2020 to the highest solar passive and German Passivhaus standards - maximizing year round comfort and energy efficiency. Feel free to interact with the goats and sheep (they love a pat) but please stay within the mown grounds surrounding the house, mind the electric fences and leave all gates shut. Guest access Feel free to roam around the house, but please do not enter any of the paddocks - this is a working farm with adjacent farm properties directly abutting ours. Other things to note Please note that there is no wifi currently available at our location. Mobile reception may be limited depending on your carrier. Due to the private setting and farmhouse nature of the accommodation none of the windows have coverings, if you are easily disturbed by the sun in the morning (especially in summer) then we recommend bringing eye masks.
