The house has a 60MPs unlimited internet wifi connection. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, 2 burner gas stove, refrigerator, induction to handle basic cooking. The apartment is having two balconies. We have AC in living room area and bedroom. You'll have your own private parking space for your rented car/bike/scooter. Guest access Gym, pool and lift are the part of Society and it's not private amenities and are allowed to use for guests.Other than that the complete 1 bhk flat will be yours to use.
