Particularly quiet because it is adjacent to a large cycle and pedestrian path. Equipped with every comfort, it is the ideal place for a relaxing beach vacation and for those who want to discover Abruzzo. The space The apartment, of about 90 square meters, comfortably accommodates 2 people but if necessary also 3 with the single sofa bed. Consisting of:  The master bedroom with large wardrobes. The hallway with a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower box and is equipped with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo. The large and equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines. We also offer a breakfast set with cereals, jams, fruit and savory foods, tea and coffee. The bright living room with large dining table, two comfortable sofas and 44-inch TV. The beautiful and well-kept garden, the most characteristic aspect of the house, surrounds the property with a patio with table, deck chairs, and outdoor shower, to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners outdoors. All rooms overlook the garden. The apartment is in a central area served by all types of activities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, clubs and all types of shops and public transport. Guest access Your apartment and the back garden is completely at your disposal. Only the main entrance on the front garden is shared with the people (my parents) living in the other apartments of the villa.
