Kuljace is about 3.5 km above the main road in the vicinity of Monastery Duljevo which is about 600m away.Kuljace is up in a mountain and the best way is to have your own car.Below the main road is Restaurant Kusta and a small mini life.When you have gone down to the main road Budva is about 6 km away,the beach resort Przno is about 200m away and Kamenovo about 50m away.The peninsula of San Stefan is about 4-5km away. The space The entire house is about 100sqm with upper and lower floor,located right in the center of the small village Kuljace.The bedrooms are on the upper floor with shower,toilet and two smaller rooms with a double bed and two single beds as well as air cond and a smaller kitchen with refrigerator.The lower floor normally has large kitchen with stove,washing machine,refrigerator and shower,toilet room.The lower floor also has two sofa beds that can be unfolded as beds.TV with 60 channels and wifi.Spincers are also available in the house.All bedding,sheets with pillowcases are a number of pieces.Towels extra pillows and sheets. On the upper and lower floor there are also cupboards for clothes and others.Glass,cutlery,cups,spoons and rust and everything is available for kitchen and cooking.
