The home's traditional architecture utilizes new and innovative materials, that respect the environment, to support a modern lifestyle in a traditional setting. Its decoration was made with a minimalist aesthetic using few colors to highlight the prevalent whiteness of the island and the deep blueness of the sea and sky. The interior of the house is 195 sqm (2099 square foot) and consists of a guest house and a main building of a connected space which includes bedrooms, bathroom, WC, storage room, and a lounge area with a modern kitchen SUPER fully equipped: Professional knives and all the apparatus needed for cooking. Two refrigerators, one with deep freezer, one wine cooler refrigerator, Nespresso® machine, creamer, filter coffee machine, cast iron Japanese teapots, kettle, Kitchenaid® mixer and food processor, water cooler, a drawer full of spices, a laundry machine, dishwasher machine (with the detergent provided) are among the equipment and amenities provided; a list too numerous to be provided within the limited space herewith. All to be enjoyed either in the indoor or the outdoor (always preferred) dinning area. Three (two in the main house and one in the guest house) bedrooms, two bathrooms and one WC, all with amenities from APIVITA®.
