Also a private balcony that can be accessed from your lounge or main bedroom ,where you can sit with a drink and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Guest access The whole apartment is yours , including the laundry facilities. There is a garage provided for your use. Which is also your private access to the unit. Other things to note Accross the road is sylvan beach where you and your children can swim safley, about 500 mt down the road , there is a boat ramp ,local hotel, fish and chip , and bait and tackle shop. Also a beautiful cafe where you can enjoy breakfast or just a takaway coffee.
