Private self contained getaway
Description
Entire ground floor living quarters separated (within) the larger house. A bush setting and quiet retreat where birdsong maybe the only sounds you hear. It's a 10 minute walk to Point Roadnight beach and a 5 minute walk to Great Otway National Park. The space While this is a family home and we occupy the upper floor, your space is the ground floor which is separate and private with front door access. You have three rooms comprising a light filled lounge area looking out to the trees, bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with combined shower/bath. Along with TV, a small fridge and microwave there is with toaster/kettle/coffee plunger and associated crockery/glassware has also been included for your use. (No Kitchen). N.B. There is capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests at no extra charge (as we also have 2 - quite comfortable camping mattresses which can be placed in the lounge - joined as a queen bed if needed). This is largely reserved for accompanying children/young adults and would be possible for a minimum 2 night stay. We ask that you discuss if this is required, prior to booking. Guest access Access via front door. Besides your space, feel free to access all the outdoor areas. There are some seating areas among the trees. During your stay We're often around and look forward to helping out with any of your needs during your stay and please ask if you'd like advice on things to do or if there are other amenities we can provide. But equally we look forward to providing an experience where you are undisturbed if that's what you want. Other things to note There is capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests at no extra charge (as we have 2x camping mattresses which can be joined to make a queen sized bed). This is largely reserved for accompanying children/young adults and would be possible for a minimum 2 night stay. We ask that you discuss if this is required, prior to booking.
