Fresh, well -lit, unique bedroom with mezzanine double bed (toehold steps up) & a single bed with windows facing south onto private garden; incredibly quiet as situated at the back of property; features a walk-in wardrobe & e/s wet room. Side gate access means you can store a bicycle in the garden, if required. NB The double bed is suitable ONLY for the nimble - you need to climb up using the purpose built toe holds & handles. The single bed, at floor level has a memory foam 'Tempur' mattress. The space This room is unique with custom built bed built over a walk in wardrobe, the double bed is above head height and is a cosy nook for the nimble. You have your won ensuite wet room, lots of storage and are guaranteed a quiet and comfortable nights' sleep, being situated at the back of my semi detached house. Happy for you to use the kitchen for basic use if you provide your won drinks and food. Guest access This bedroom has its own ensuite and walk in cupboard. I am happy for you to use the kitchen/dining area for making light meals and eating up until 9pm; the area is open plan and do not wish to be disturbed when retiring to bed early. You are welcome to watch TV whilst here in the open plan dining area up until 10pm. You are most welcome to use the garden to sit out in and eat, relax - there are ample tables and chairs and in summer this is a sunny, quiet, relaxing area to be in. Other things to note I have a small daschund dog who is friendly but will bark!
