"Tanglewood Cottage" features mud brick walls, a reverse cycle air-conditioner, modern self-contained kitchen with stone bench tops. Bathroom features vanity cabinet with a stone bench top. shower and a front loading washing machine. Comfortable lounge with leather couches & efficient wood fire. Beautiful garden of diverse trees leads to a large olive grove, and paddocks with sheep and cattle. Fresh baked bread, home made jam & marmalade, The space Sitting on 24 acres, with 700 olive trees, cattle, sheep, native animals and birds & beautiful views, the cottage is a peaceful haven. Our olives are harvested in April / May and are then crushed into beautiful olive oil. We also cure olives & marinate them in our own olive oil with herbs and spices. Guest access Guests will have their own access to the cottage through a sliding glass door into the lounge area, or a door directly into the Kitchen. Access is available to the extensive Olive Grove, acres of Garden & walks down quiet country roadsides. Other things to note We are only a few k's from the Allan's Flat Water Hole where triathlons are held regularly. It's a popular swimming spot in the summer. This is also a popular area for mountain bike rides because of the hills. There is a strawberry winery nearby. Yackandandah is only 10 minutes away with supermarket and great eateries. Wodonga is 20 minutes away for all other needs.
