The space This is a living landscape, not a manicured resort. One acre of rambutan and lanzones trees, native hardwoods including Kamagong and Molave, riprap stone terraces, a swimming pool with adjoining hot tub, and 200 metres of walking trails through lowland tropical forest. The 100-step stone path climbs to a hilltop lookout with views of Mt. Makiling and greater San Pablo - best just before sunset. Guests regularly say they came for a weekend and left wishing they'd booked longer. The two-bedroom townhouse is laid out for comfort, privacy, and connection with the outdoors. The private terrace sits among the trees. The living area is cool and shaded. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a gas hob, full-size refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, and prep space. Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests comfortably (we can provide an extra bed for a fifth guest), with one and a half bathrooms, secure covered parking, and fast fibre internet throughout. Seven poodles and shih tzus live on the property. Friendly, sociable, and thoroughly spoiled.
