Hello.. Welcome to our simply homey home! Lamiera homestay Gedongkuning Yogyakarta, this home is cozy, clean, complete with the facilities feels like home. Located in the strategic area, in the middle between Malioboro & Airport, near JEC, Mall, Gembiraloka zoo & so many places in Yogyakarta. My house is close to supermarket, ATM center, bakeries, phone market, culinary & all the daily necessities that you can easily get on foot The space It has 3 rooms complete with AC, has 4 bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 couch, 2 bathrooms with water heater. Complete with dining room, pantry, towel, garage for 2 cars. Wifi and TV cable. Suitable for 10 people include kids. Guest access Guest will have acces everywhere entire house Other things to note By booking this property, than you agree with our house rules. 1. No party, no alcohol, no drugs & no prostitute allowed. ( No parties, no drugs/alcohol, and no prostitutes) 2. Please be quite & nice tenants. ( Thank you for being a polite and friendly guest) 3. Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the house. (Please remove shoes/sandals before entering the house). 4. Always keep all the house facilities clean & tidy. Charge will apply for any damage or lost. (Keep the entire furniture & home amenities clean. If there is damage/loss, the cost of the repair will be charged to the tenant.) 5. Please turn off all water taps & all electrical appliance before leaving. (Please turn off the faucet, stove & electrical utensils such as lights, air conditioning etc before leave the house.) 6.
