Yellow Door- modern rural self contained apartment

STUDIO APARTMENT- Yellow Door is a spacious self-contained North facing studio apartment, with a private lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio sits within a beautiful 30 acre rural block and offers wonderful mountain and valley views from both your lounge and bedroom windows, just 40 minutes from Hobart and located a short 8 minute drive from Cygnet. Please be aware we are not located on Bruny Island. The space The Nicholls Rivulet location provides easy access to explore and enjoy the many sights, tastes, markets and tourist attractions offered within the Southern Channel, Huon Valley and Bruny Island. Breakfast provisions including local and seasonal items are provided for you to enjoy. Apartment is heated by a wood heater with wood supplied. The kitchen has cooking facilities including an oven, electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine. Lounge area has wood heater, TV and DVD player – WIFI is included. An assortment of board games is available. Bed is Queen size and has an electric blanket fitted for those cooler evenings . Linen and towels all provided. We are happy to share our BBQ with you. Our vegetable garden is located just a walk from the studio and you are welcome to pick fresh, organic seasonal herbs & vegetables. Our chickens provide eggs for breakfast. Guest access Outside car parking is available just next to apartment area. If you are touring on motor bikes and would prefer garaged accommodation for your bikes please contact us to discuss . Apartment is connected to the main home but you have a private entry and full privacy within your self contained studio apartment. You are welcome to explore our outside area and come and seek us out if you have any questions, We are always happy to help. You are welcome to any fresh produce we may have available from our garden and eggs from the chickens. Other things to note Apartment provides accommodation for a maximum of two guests only. We do not have the facilities to provide accommodation for infants or children. Mobile coverage can be patchy in rural Tasmania. Telstra mobiles will have coverage on the property but unfortunately there is no coverage for Optus or Vodaphone users. We have rainwater tanks for your personal use. Thank you for using wisely. This is a non smoking property. The heating is a wood fire and is very efficient. Let us know if you need help in getting it lit.
