Pico de loro Hamilo Coast is a Membership Resort located at Nasugbu Batangas. It is 2hrs drive from Manila, Via Cavitex. It is 1,500 Hectare Operated by SM Leisure. The resort offers Facilities for Guests, such as: Water Sports, Recreational Activities, Resto and a lot more. Condo Units are privately owned by members. Guests booked in Condo Units need to pay Mandatory Guest Fees in order to use Facilities. Rates vary : Lean 800/adult peak 1200/adult (subject to change without prior notice) The space Located at Miranda B 4th floor. It has a Bed Configuration which can fit 8 pax upon approval. But rate published is for 6 Pax only. Guests may cook/ bring food without Corkage. Parking is free and WIFI is available in Common areas. Guest access Room Booking is Different from Resort Facilities which Guests can access. Guests will pay for "entrance" fee referred as GUEST FEES: What is a guest Fee? This is payment for Resort's club facilities (rentals/activities not included) for the whole duration of your stay (valid for 7 days stay) The Fees are : LEAN SEASON (ALL Mondays-Thursdays) P900 = Adults age 13 and above P400 = Kids age 4-12 PEAK SEASON (ALL Fridays-Sundays) P1300 = Adults age 13 and above P500 = Kids Age 4-12 HOLIDAY P1600 = Adults age 13 and above P700 = Kids Age 4-12 Other things to note • Pls BRING ur own blanket, towels, toiletries & dishwashing liquid. U can bring food, cooking is allowed but HIGHLY discourage, since kitchens are small areas. • Renting of Towel & Locker at the Beach/Pool has a Deposit amounting 2,000. • Globe at Home Wifi, Guest must load the Wifi on their stay. • All guests coming from Alert Level 1 Area, must provide a Vaccination Card with full round dosage. • Children 17 years old and below will not be required a “negative” Rapid Antigen Test if all adult companions are fully vaccinated. • Valid ID All guest ID must have an address from an Alert Level 1 Area Guidelines are subject to change depending on the IATF, DOT, and the LGU.
