Sunny treetop, north facing little studio with harbour views provides a warm and really delightful space for 1-2 people. This inner city studio is within easy walking distance to Rushcutters Bay and the harbour, Oxford st, Five Ways village, cafes and art galleries plus it's a one minute walk to Glenmore Rd and buses that take you to Bondi Junction and then onto Bondi Beach or the city. A quiet cul-de-sac with prolific bird life. The space It's light and sun filled in winter, hardly a heater is used all year around; yet cool and breezy in summer. Set amongst the treetops, quiet and so close to the city. This studio is compact but harbour views and floor to ceiling windows, there is a lovely spaciousness, it's like being in a treehouse. The CBD is accessible by foot (30 mins) as is the harbour (10 mins), Oxford st, scores of cafes and nearby galleries. With everything you need both inside the studio and close by in Paddington this is a delightful space for a short or long stay. A beautiful new queen sized Italian made bed - luxuriously comfortable and with an adjustable slatted frame so you can sit up in bed and enjoy the view with your morning cup of tea. The bathroom is older style, the kitchen is fully renovated and fully operational with 4 burners, a microwave and convection oven. Guest access The studio is your own. It is a secure building. There is a coin operated laundry in the basement of the apartment building with washer and dryer and an outside clothes line.
