Moderno Miami inspired home 25 minutes away from Makati. Located at Barangay Lantic, Carmona, Cavite. In the vicinity of San Lazaro Leisure Park. It’s all about getting away from the hustle and and bustle of city life and retreating to a place of peace, calm and rejuvenation. Relax and unwind. Breathe in fresh air, listen to the chirping of the birds, watch cows and sheeps pastures in the neighbourhood. An experience that will definitely make you feel refreshed after visiting my place. The space Canyon Ranch is a gated community with 24/7 security. My place is far away from the main road and will be a bit of a challenge when taking public transport. Advisable only for guests who have their own transport. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except the storage room. My Co-host Mark Ray will be sleeping in this room all through-out your stay. But if you are not comfortable with this setup please let us know before booking the place. NOTE: POOL USAGE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORK. Amenities limits 3 pax for free usage e.g. pool can be used by 3 pax per unit and additional pax will be charge 100php each. Other things to note No partying No loud noise after 9pm We have a very quite neighbourhood so we expect all guest to respect the peace and quiet of the subdivision in order to avoid complaints from my neighbours. The amenities are located 500 metres away from our home and it will be quite a walk going there due to the hilly terrain, we usually drive to the clubhouse when we want to use the amenities like pool, gym, playroom etc. Only 3 guest can go for a swim and additional pax will be charge 100pesos by the management. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE IS SCHEDULED EVERY THURSDAY THEREFORE IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE ON THE DAY. NOTE: POOL USAGE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORK.
