Private Room in Pembroke Malta

This is a room in a lived in semi-detached house located in a quiet residential seafront area of Pembroke. 10 mins walk to the sandy beach and 5 mins walk to a rocky beach. 15 mins walk to the tourist hub of Paceville and English teaching schools. 30 mins by bus to the university of Malta. The bus stop is just a few steps from the house. A small dog lives in the house. The space Semi-detached house in a quiet residential area infront of the sea. 15 minutes away from Paceville, the nightlife centre of Malta and the English teaching schools. The family has been hosting for the past 12 years, hosting over 60 people per year. It is 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach of St George and 5 minutes walk to a rocky beach..Our house is also 30 minutes by bus to the University of Malta. Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom and a private bathroom adjacent to the room and a sharing terrace overlooking the sea on the 1st. floor. You can also use the kitchenette on the 2nd floor . On the 2nd floor by the kitchennette, there is a big sharing terrace overlooking the sea. I will do the laundry of the guest using my washing machine while the guest hangs it out for drying at no extra charge once a week. Laundry is not done for guests that stay only for one week. No laundry service during the last week of the guest's stay. Any kind of smoking is allowed only by the gate in the driveway. Other things to note WIFI is provided. Always wear decent clothing in all inside and outside areas of the house. No smoking in the house , not even on the terraces because this makes me sick. Please do not waste water and Electricity since here in Malta energy bills are very high. TOURIST MALTA GOVERNMENT TAX (ECO TAX) is to be paid on arrival to the host. It is 50 cents of a euro per night and capped up to 5 euros for stays over 10 nights. This is not included in the price. No friends or relatives are allowed in my house. Just round the corner is a supermarket and magazine shop and further down is a pharmacy. Minimum stay is 7 nights and maximum stay is 90 nights.
