Ocean Breeze - Bahay Kubo (1)

Peaceful mini resort - small but discreet. Set in a peaceful, green location very near a clean beach. Owned & managed by a British/Filipino family. We are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do. We offer a variety of accommodations - see our other listings. This listing is for Kubo #1. They are relaxing and comfortable. You can chill out on the vernda in the garden to walk a few meters to the beach bar. The space The kubo's each have a private, ensuite bathroom, double bed with pillows and bed linen, lights, power sockets, curtains on the windows ,mosquito net and a small table. The veranda is large enough to sit about 6 people and has a movable table and a light. Breakfast is free and served in the Restobar. We also have a commissary selling water, beer, soft drinks and snacks. We are close to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the highway. You will awaken to the sound of bird song and ocean surf. It's a green, peaceful environment with a clean beach, where many expats choose to live. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan/Urbiztondo. The roof area of the Apartelle has green and sea views. We can offer catering and a BBQ stand hire etc. Also, a Kayak is for hire too. Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. The swimming pool will be constructed soon. Guest access Guests have access to the beach front area. We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. The Restobar serves breakfast (free for all our guests) and and dinner. The bar offers coffee and pastries during the day and a wide range of beers and spirits and a small range of cocktails. Darts, games table and music videos etc. During your stay Anytime with advanced notice. We are usually around from 8am - 8pm. Other things to note To find us: From Manila/Clarke/South - head north on the Highway and pass through San Fernando City, then San Juan, go past the pottery shops and then look for Sta. Veronica College. Ocean Breeze is first left after the college - look for our signage!
