Luxury Private Queen Room Peregian Springs, Pool

Our New Modern home with high ceilings, and Pool is located in a quiet court. Beautifully decorated home with quality sheets and amenities. Peregian Springs is behind Coolum, mid way between Noosa and Maroochydore, just 7 minutes drive to Peregian Beach and Coolum Beach. Beaches are patrolled, there are parks, walking tracks, Golf courses, Mountains to explore and Noosa National Park walks plus the Australian Zoo. Just 20 mins to Noosa or the famous Eumundi market. The space We have 2 bedrooms for AirBnB guests, 1 Queen room and 1 Double room which SHARE a bathroom and toilet. Your area also has a private sitting area for guests with TV, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedroom and TV area. Outdoor alfresco seating with BBQ and dining area available for guests to use and is shared by everyone in the house. No cooking in our Kitchen but Microwave is available. A free Continental breakfast with plunger coffee is available each morning. Guest access As well as your room and TV room which are shared between the 2 bedrooms are at one end of the house, guests are welcome to use the alfresco area with BBQ, garden area and Swimming Pool. During your stay We are Semi Retired, so are home a lot of the time. We like to chat with guests and you can ask any questions about the area and restaurants, but if you like to keep to themselves that’s ok too. Other things to note Parking is on the road. Please park in front of our house No 11 only. Guests must vacate the pool by 9.00pm Kitchen use for Continental Breakfast only no cooking available. Microwave is available. $5 charge for use of the washing machine. Please pay cash. Dryer not usually required because there is a washing line available out the back to dry cloths. Swimmers can be hung on the washing line out the back to dry. We have 2 cute little dogs called Ruby and Snoopy. They are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they both live inside and outside in the yard.
