Own front door, sitting / dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom. Small, private rear courtyard. Smokers welcome to smoke outside. Pets by arrangement and I would ask for an additional £5.00. Excellent local shops and eateries. The space The cottage is located down a small footpath in a quite residential area close to the town centre. There is one double bedroom and one smaller single. Guest access Guests will have full and sole access to the entire cottage, plus front garden and small rear courtyard. Other things to note I am happy to accommodate pets by arrangement.
