Vairam's (Entire Property)

It is a quiet neighbourhood that is central to Devakottai Town and is in close proximity to most important locations of the town including the highway and the main market. The property is a cozy and quiet guesthouse that is in the midst of old chettiar mansions (famous home architecture in the region) in the locality. I speak English, Tamil and Hindi and only a call away. We have a caretaker who lives very close by and a guard posted for the night & most parts of the day. Both speak tamil. The space There is an electric tea kettle with instant tea and coffee to make yourself your morning cuppa. We do not have a kitchen or food facilities on the property but there are shops close-by where you can feed yourself. Just keep our staff informed if you need something. They can help you get it. We can organize short day trips for you to visit famous temples, tourist-y places and explore the region with 1-2 day's notice. We can also arrange for guided shopping tours, cooking classes to learn famous dishes of the delicious local cuisine or taste a home-cooked meal if we are informed well in advance. The rooms are cleaned everyday by our housekeeping staff. If you need clothes to be washed, our dhobi will do it for you. Just let us know before 8 am so that we can ask her to schedule it. If you need travel arrangements to be made, pickups, drops,etc. again, just let us know in advance, we will make the necessary arrangements. My most important piece of advice... Keep all medicines you may need with you. You may not be able to get all the medicines in this town. Guest access Private access to their room and shared access to common areas.
