This is a most comfortable and accessible place to stay in Baguio. Its a 5 km drive from our place to Baguio's tourist spots such as Session Road, Public Market, Burnham Park , Baguio Country Club and Camp John Hay. Safe, easy access to public transport. The space Our place retains the charm of the old Baguio of our youth- serene place surrounded by pine trees, away from the crowds, hustle and bustle of traffic and noise but still accessible and close to the touristy sites of Baguio Guest access Guests have access to the house which can take a maximum of 8 guests, full kitchen, 2 t&b , private parking, wifi We have a strict maximum # of 8 checked in guests which includes adults and all children. Only infants up to 2 yr olds are not included in the head count. Quiet hours are from 7pm-5am. This simply means no loud noise or music during those hours since we are located in a private, exclusive subdivision. Other things to note Maxxy's place is ideal for visitors who travel using their own vehicles. However if it is more practical for the guests not to bring a vehicle to get around the city they may also do so. Starting from Maxxy's place it is accessible to travel to the city since cabs and public jeepneys pass the road (Monticello road) regularly . Maxxy's place is approx. 50 meters from the road . More specifically where the school stands that road is a busy thoroughfare for public vehicles going to the city.
