Companion House - Mountain & Bay View Estate

We are a South African/German couple with 2 kids, our house in the heart of Hout Bay is peaceful, private and secure, the perfect place for your ultimate family holiday. We have great views from the living and entertainment area across the bay to Chapmans Peak, and stunning mountain views from all the bedrooms. It's a 5 minute drive to/from magnificent Llandudno Beach, we are 2 minutes from shops and restaurants and the Constantia wine route is just 10 minutes away. The space Companion House is in a secure estate in Hout Bay, the house has three bedrooms, 2 with King beds, one with a double. The main Bedroom is en-suite (shower only), the 2 alternate bedrooms share a bathroom. (shower only, no bath) There's also an additional guest toilet & outside shower. There's an open plan Bar, Lounge, Dining area, Kitchen and a separate family room. Plenty of garden for the kids to play in. There are 2 separate outside entertainment areas and a large swimming pool. (The pool is NOT covered so it is not suited for young kids who cannot swim.) Free WiFi included and we have back up power to deal with load shedding issues. Guest access The private apartment above the garage is occupied by a permanent tenant and not accessible. Guests will have full access to the main house, garden, pool etc.
