Welcome in our nice and bright 120 m2 house in Carcassonne, and its tree-filled and flowered 480 m2 garden. You'll have room for everyone, and all comfort. You'll get to the famous medieval city of Carcassonne within 40 min walking and 10 if you choose to drive. Parking inside the property is possible, even though free parking places surround the house. Center and train station are 15 min away walking. The space You'll have the comfort of a nice house and garden and the proximity of one of the greatest medieval city. Ground floor, you have a beautiful equipped kitchen and a dining room with a sofa bed (160x200) next to a fireplace; you'll also find a bathroom and separated toilet and the hallway leads to an independant livingroom furnished with a 160x200 sofa bed, and big windows. Under the grapevine, you'll find a bright conservatory. Upstairs are two child bedrooms (one with a bathroom) and a parental bedroom with a 160x200 comfortable double bed, and a second toilet. Guest access All our house will be opened to you except a mezzanine located up from the independant living-room. Other things to note We have a cat who stays in the garden and some plants inside the house.
