The attic

Charming small studio in the old dovecote located by the pool, on the property where there is a guest house (La Grange de Félix) and the owners' house. The outdoor spaces are common to the occupants of the guest house and the whole family. The space On the ground floor: Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer. Separate toilet. Kitchenette equipped very briefly to heat a ready-made dish (not possible to cook). Upstairs, in duplex (by taking a steep and narrow staircase, which is not suitable for large people or people with mobility difficulties) bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), flat-screen TV and air conditioner. You occupy the entire attic. Only the adjoining terrace, pool and courtyard can be shared with other guests on the property. Guest access A parking space is available on the property, in the yard. Other things to note What you'll find in the kitchenette: microwave, fridge top, 2 electric hotplates, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, 2 pots and a colander (for pasta). 1 electric kettle
