Newly built fully self-contained studio unit is situated at the rear of owners property close to town - only a 7 minute easy flat walk to shops and an abundance of cafes and restaurants. The beautiful white sandy beach is only 5 minutes further and stretches for over 2km. The space The studio unit has a well equipped kitchenette with fridge /freezer, ceramic hotplate, convection oven (crisp grill microwave oven), kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, pots and pan, crockery, cutlery and dining table and chairs. The separate bathroom has shower, large vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. A washing machine is located in the bathroom and a clothes line is available for your personal use. The bedroom / lounge area has a comfortable Queen bed and a Sofa bed (available at a extra cost - please contact us if you would like the use of the sofa bed), Freeview TV, and Bluetooth speaker. All bedding, including 100% cotton sheets are provided. A heat pump is provided for heating and cooling. A WeberQ barbecue is at the rear of the building for your private use. An outdoor table, chairs and umbrella is all there for your enjoyment. A hot outside shower is at the rear of the building. There is ample off street private parking right next to the studio unit - and room for a caravan or boat if needed. There's even a fish cleaning bench at the back of the building!
