In the heart of a large fenced garden, clear and bright, it opens on one side to a natural stone swimming pool, only for you and on the other, to a private terrace of 35 m2, with sea and garden views. You will find a dining area, a seating area, a foosball table, and the wonderful singing of birds. You are surrounded by nature, at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked and yet 3 minutes from the main traffic axis on the island. Everything you need is available: towels, bedding, carpets, sponges, dishwashing liquid, condiments, soap, paper towels... You have a separate entrance and you can park directly in front of the studio, in the garden. Guest access You can enjoy the pool and its terrace, the garden, your private terrace.
