Modern family apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (coin-operated, with a complimentary credit provided on arrival), and features free Wi-Fi, a cosy living area, and a 50" Android Smart TV with full range of TV channels. The second bedroom can be prepared as a double bed upon request. Both bedrooms have access to a small balcony, while a larger balcony is accessible from the living area. Guest access Guests have access to the building door, the lift and their entire apartment. Other things to note Please note that air-conditioning operates on a coin meter, guests may put 1 or 2 euro coins into the meter to top up the air-conditioning. We provide our guests credit depending on the duration of their stay. Government Eco Tax is Not included in the price. This is currently 1.50 cents per person per night for guests over 18 yrs, up to a maximum of 15 nights. This is paid upon arrival with further instructions provided in the apartment.
