Family Delight, Three bedroom home

Perfectly located between the city & Barossa wine region, makes this comfortable home a great base for visiting Adelaide. Everything is within a short stroll, the Village tavern & shopping centre, Restaurants, playgrounds & transport to the city. What more could you ask for from this beautiful leafy suburb of north/east Adelaide. The space WELCOME TO ADELAIDE!! Jayne & Trav would like to offer you their large, bright, family home. Providing quality, accommodation for fellow air BnB travellers. Although the home is perfect for families, it is also a nice atmosphere for singles, couples & friends traveling together. We also have a fully self contained, attached one bedroom unit. It has its own private entrance & is fully sound proof from inside noise. This is sometimes occupied by us or other Airbnb guests. You can also book this unit if your travelling with two families. See our other listing Couples Delight. The house- Ducted gas heating & ducted evaporative cooling will give year round comfort. The three bedrooms- *Bedroom one consists of a queen bed, with direct access to the three way bathroom. *Bedroom two accommodates two people, with two single beds. *Bedroom three accommodates two people, with a comfy queen bed. All fresh, quality linen is provided. The bathroom is located central to the bedrooms The kitchen- Open plan kitchen/family room The kitchen is fully equipped: *Nespresso pod machine *Large gas stove top & electric oven *Microwave *Kettle & toaster *Cooking equipment & utensils *Crockery *basic cooking needs Dining- The six seater dining table is situated in the large family room. We also have a six seater outdoor setting & extra chairs if you wish to dine in our lovely outdoors. Lounge room- You will find a large flatscreen TV & comfy couch. Outside- Your will enjoy our delightful, outdoor entertaining area, with large bbq & outdoor setting. If you have kids, they will love our yard. with plenty of grass & garden for them to explore. Laundry- Washing machine & washing powder included. We don't have a dryer, however there is an outside line & two clothes horses. Parking- There is a double driveway & plenty of parking as we are at the end of a cul-de-sack. Please park to the far left of the driveway as the guests to the unit park on the right. Guest access You have private access to the whole house & garden. The attached unit is completely private and sound proofed to the main house. This will not interfere with your stay. We just ask you to be mindful of outside noise front & rear. Other things to note Supplies such as toilet paper, washing liquid, garbage bags etc are provided for reasonable usage. Once the supplies provided are used, they won’t be replenished.
