BEAUTIFUL VILLA DIRECTLY AT THE BEACH (West Coast: Ambalangoda) The space "Villa Beach Road" is beautifully situated, directly at the cosy beach of Ambalangoda. From the house, garden and roof terrace you have amazing views. The villa consists of 6 large bedrooms, all with SEAVIEW, all with private attached bathroom and balcony. * 3 bedrooms (on 2nd floor) have Air Conditioning (AC) * 3 bedrooms (on 1st floor) have a refreshing fan above the bed. On the groundfloor there is a large living room with comfortable sofa's, a dining area and a spacious kitchen. Through high glass doors you walk directly into the garden where you can enjoy the sunbeds, the hammock or nice shadow underneath the coconut trees. On top of the house there is a large roof terrace with amazing seaview, especially the sunsets are wonderful to see from there. Our house is also suitable for remote workers, as we have high speed fiber internet connection (wifi). Guest access IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS, as there are open stairways. * You will have the villa for private use. BUT OUR PRICES AND THE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS (based on 2 persons per room). The rest of the bedrooms will be closed. If you have other wishes you have to contact us. * If needed, you can park 1 vehicle (car or minibus) within the gate of the property. More parking space is availabe on a nearby street. * On some days during your stay our housekeeper will do some small cleaning.
