Downtown: typical renovated house (2020)

In the heart of the village of Etretat (350 m, or less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and its famous cliffs!), this 60-square-meter house dating from 1875 (renovated in 2020), typical of Etretat, will allow you to spend a charming and comfortable stay. I fell in love with this house and its southwest orientation that allows you to enjoy the sun from the very beginning of the afternoon until the evening. Very bright, you will just have to put your bags down and enjoy your stay! The space - Ground floor: the living room will welcome you with a large comfortable corner sofa, plaids and cushions. You can also enjoy this room to share meals on the dining room table or for a TV evening. You will then find the charming functional kitchen with its period cement tiles, it is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hobs and a hood. It is recent since the house was completely renovated in 2020. - On the 1st floor, you will find a double bedroom (bed 140 x 200 cm) with a coat rack and a bench that will allow you to set down or hang your belongings. Then there is a large bathroom equipped with a shower, sink (period!) and 8 kg washing machine. Finally, you will find a separate toilet on this floor. - On the 2nd floor is the second bedroom with a bed of 140 x 200 cm also equipped to be able to hang your clothes, you can even admire the top of the cliff from the window! This room is equipped with a sink. The rooms don't have shutters but each window is equipped with a blackout curtain. There is also an attic to which you will not have access in which I keep personal belongings. - Finally, an outdoor courtyard of about 20 m2 completes the house, at the foot of the Tamaris you can enjoy a lunch or a sunny dinner. Guest access Parking is possible on the street, but it is expensive and for a limited time, however you can stay there for a few moments to unload your belongings. The Grand Val parking lot, which is the cheapest in Etretat, is a 5-minute walk from the house. In summer, an expanse of grass at the entrance to the village, at 5 route de Criquetot l'Esneval, serves as free parking. This parking area is a 10-minute walk from the house.
