Situated in a wonderful location within walking distance of the city centre and 5 minutes away from fashionable Morningside. Great bus links to every part of Edinburgh. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum 3 nights stay in August The accommodation consists of 2 large rooms plus a separate eat-in kitchen. The flat comfortably accommodates 4 adults as follows. Master bedroom with one double bed. In the lounge we have a double sofa bed. The flat is very clean and spacious with all the furnishings and essentials you would require for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is a bit out of date but is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, kettle and washing machine. We also provide all bedding and towels and other essentials like washing liquids, soaps, toilet paper, salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. Free on-street parking is available 10 mins by foot from the flat. It is a 20-30 min walk from the flat to the centre. You can walk along the canal, which makes it a very pleasant walk. There are also a few busses that take you to both the Castle Hill and Princes Street. So the transportation is very easy. If there is no guest change over on your day of arrival then early entry will be fine with us. Minimum 3 nights stay in August and around New Year. Please note: This is a NO SMOKING flat (even through an open window!) Other things to note This is a no smoking flat. Please note that you must climb stairs for access.
