Our 1950’s log cabin, newly updated with modern décor & amenities, offers a peaceful getaway with a stunning view. Enjoy the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee from the comfort of your screened-in porch. Spend the day fishing, swimming or exploring, play yard games on the lawn, grill out for dinner & swap stories 'round the campfire. The space Located halfway between Dryden and Sioux Lookout, this cabin is one of six secluded guest cabins on the nine-acre waterfront property known as Pine Cliff Lodge, which is the only lodge on Big Sandy Lake, home of some of the best northern pike, smallmouth bass and lake trout fishing Ontario has to offer. There is also plenty of walleye in neighbouring lakes. This is the perfect cabin for a small family getaway or a retreat with friends. It's best suited for 4 adults or a family of 5-6 with kids. Keep in mind that two of the beds are in the main room, so there's not a lot of privacy or extra luggage space for those two guests. Fishing boats and kayaks are available for daily rental. A few yard games are available, but feel free to bring your favorite games to play. The bedrooms are separated by a wall that does not extend all the way up to the ceiling. Thus, if you have snorers among you, plan to bring your earplugs ;-) All linens are provided as well as kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels. Guests are responsible for bringing their own bath towels, toiletries and food. Cabin has all cooking essentials: dishes, pots, pans, utensils, knives, an outdoor grill, fish frying equipment, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven/range. ONE PET PER STAY WELCOME, but will charge an additional $50 fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must remain on a leash outside. Other things to note Note that wifi is only available from the deck of the main lodge and does not extend to the cabin.
