A ₱2,000 penalty applies if any signs of smoking are found inside or on the patio. ⏰ Early Check-In: May be accommodated if there’s no same-day guest departure. Please inquire in advance. 🎉 No Parties or Events: Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Strictly enforced. 🏠 Respect the Space: This is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat it with care. Let us know immediately if anything needs attention. 👥 Extra Guests: The base rate covers up to 3 guests. Additional guests are ₱600/night per person. All guests must be disclosed in advance.
