We welcome you to our humble guest house. We are located in a secured village near Baybay Beach. Near SM City, airport, Culasi Port. We offer you a homey, private stay. There is a kitchenette with stove, rice cooker, water heater and refrigerator. We have the basic plus more. The space Rustic, modern and unique accommodation like no other. It is a second-floor unit. The space is ideal for two persons, we can add extra floor foam for another two if needed. Guest access The unit is self contained and exclusive. You will have access in and out of the unit by yourself. Other things to note We are happy that you are interested in staying with us. Please let us know if you have any issues with our home. If you do not find it clean enough or if you are not happy upon check in please allow us to make things right. Inform us immediately. We have staffs on standby and live on the property. DISCLAIMER, THINGS TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING: This is a guest house with simple amenities. We do not have a luxury, high end accommodation. When booking please make sure you put the exact number of guests. Price change after two persons. **Check in time: between 3pm to 10pm; check out time: between 5am to 11am. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to stay in the property. -Flushing of toilet papers/trash **You can only park one vehicle inside the property. Additional cars can park outside. Do not block driveway of our neighbors. **We live in the property and have other tenants. We request guests to be mindful of their noise during their stay. **Our place does not have a standby generator. **There is only one aircon in this unit - at the bedroom. **Public transport is available at the main road which is a few minute walk from our place. Grab taxi available in the area. **We only use PLDT home plan, which may have issues during your stay during their system maintenance. **We do not have security guards on duty. We are not responsible for valuables left behind. **There is a CCTV in the hallways and in the perimeter of the property. NO CCTV on any interior part of the home GUARANTEED. **Observe quiet hours: 9pm to 7am **You will be charged for any damages incurred in the property during your stay. Please take care of this home like it's your own. **Our home is situated in a tropical subdivision with nearby gardens and open lots. Although the house is regularly maintained, occasional insects or animals may be present due to the natural surroundings. Guests are encouraged to keep trash covered, properly dispose of food, and avoid opening windows to help prevent this.
